(log) of fearless hope and grace
who: Lucina and you!
what: There's a lot to be getting on with in the new world. House moves, over-eager moogles and catching up with friends, to name a few.
where: Everywhere, potentially, but mainly Monsbaiya.
when: Throughout August.
notes: A catch-all post for all of your Lucina needs! Action or prose, whichever suits. Choose a ready made scenario or make up your own?
( 1. MONSBAIYA: HOUSE WARMING )
It had been talked about, but that was months ago, months where they were trapped in memoria and the world began to slowly pick itself apart until there had been nothing left. But now, Monsbaiya was back as it had once been, and it was time for her and Hope to leave.
Not far, in the grand scheme of things: still in the same town, still in the desert, not far from the rest of the family. But it was somewhere that would be their own.
Even if Lucina can't take part in the moving process - and neither are she and her husband particularly materialistic - the basics are still needed. The furniture, where it's positioned, the late afternoon lunch when everyone realises they're actually hungry. Perhaps you're helping the move take place, or you're just passing by?

( 2. MONSBAIYA: WEATHER ISSUES )
It wasn't her fault.
Alright - so this time, it was perhaps somewhat her fault. Lucina wasn't a shirker of responsibility or duty, but there comes a time in your eighth month of being pregnant (her body ached, protested, and disagreed with her on every position she had once found comfortable) that one does not really wish to be pestered by the resident moogles.
In truth, she wasn't so surprised that they had offered her allegiance and assistance, but it wasn't so simple to turn their attentions elsewhere when they wanted her to reinforce their hierarchy. Before their attentions could be diverted to Serah. Now, for the moment, Serah was secondary.
So after the third interruption in just as many hours, the heavens opened upon the small white creatures, and it was how they were being chased around Monsbaiya by a very persistent, definitely magicked raincloud.
She almost felt sorry for them, watching them from a window with a bemused expression. Almost. Quite frankly, she had really wanted that nap, so solving weather malfunctions that she might have caused could be resolved later. Long gone were the moments of being perturbed by such a power. For now, she could care less.
Interrupt that nap if you dare.

( 3. MONSBAIYA: THE VESTIGE )
On many a long afternoon, Lucina can be found back on the decking of The Vestige café, food either finished or untouched, her attention elsewhere. Sometimes watching the world go by, sometimes conversing to a fellow resident, sometimes contacting her fellow pillars... but most often, reading everything she can find in regards to the dragons and the powers they possessed.
It was not something they could research before, not when they were told or had the power passed over with the world already partially destroyed, with the rite moments before the actual end. But now, in the aftermath, she could. It's wasn't that she wouldn't do the same again - far from it - just that, if this was something she must work with, it was something she should also understand rather than continue its use guided only by her intuition.
Understanding the world around you rather than just accepting it... perhaps Hope had rubbed off on her.
By choice than instinct with her new powers was easier said then done. It was alarmingly easy to accept and adapt what she now knew, what she now could do, into her everyday life. Perhaps her free will was taken, or would be taken as the dragons had said.
But she wasn't so sure that was the case. She chose this - to research - just as she chose her own fate. She had also succeeded in finding a surprising amount of knowledge that perhaps shouldn't have existed in as many books from various worlds as they did, but were there all the same.
She would know, to better serve the Havens as one of its sustainers.
And for her family. Especially her family.

( 4. RUNE CALL: OUTGOING )
Early in the month, Lucina sets some time aside to send Asuna a video message. Pick up, sword bestie!
